The privacy policy of the mobile application "Tovarius" (hereinafter also referred to as the Application, "Tovarius"), owned by the Limited Liability Company "Digital Retail Technologies" (hereinafter also referred to as CTR LLC), applies to all information that CTR LLC can receive from an individual — the User during the use of the Application.
Use of the Application means the User’s unconditional consent to this The Policy and the conditions specified in it and the purposes of processing his/her personal information. In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Application.
Within the framework of this Policy, "User’s personal information" understood:
Personal information that the User provides about himself in the process of using the Application, including, but not limited to: contact details, profile photo (if applicable), last name, first name, patronymic, city, gender and date of birth, phone number, email address, geographical coordinates, number and type of device, type of operating system, type of content accessed by the User.
Personal information that the user provides about himself or herself when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the application, including the user’s personal data. The information is provided by the user at his discretion.
Data that is automatically transmitted to the Application in the process of its use using the software installed on the User’s device, including, but not limited to: IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program that accesses the Application), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Application and other similar information.
Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of the Application.
This Policy applies only to information processed during the use of the Application. The Application does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party sites to which the User can follow the links available when using the Application.
CTR LLC does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User, and does not have the ability to assess his legal capacity. However, the Application proceeds from the fact that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.
If the information that the User places and transmits as part of the use of the Application contains personal data of other persons, the User must have the legal right to transfer this personal information to CTR LLC. The User is solely responsible for the legality of the transfer of personal data to the persons who own the information posted by the User.
The Application collects and stores only the personal and statistical information that is necessary to provide functionality, as well as the cases provided for in clause 2.2. of this Privacy Policy.
The Application processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
Authorization of the party within the Application.
Providing the User with access to the Application.
Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Application, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the User.
Improving the quality of the Application, the convenience of their use, the development of new functionality of the Application.
Targeting of advertising materials.
Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the work and diagnosis of problems in the operation of the Application.
The provision of certain information (requested when creating the User’s account/profile) is mandatory for registration in the Application and its further use. If the relevant information is not provided, CTR LLC does not register the User in the Application. Any other provision of information is optional and serves solely to improve the algorithm of the User’s interaction with the Application.
This Policy applies only to the Tovarius application, does not control and is not responsible for the information of third parties to which the user can follow the links available in the application. On such sites, other personal information may be collected or requested from the user, as well as other actions may be performed. Tovarius stores the Users’ personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of the Application.
In relation to the User’s personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except for cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about himself for public access to an unlimited number of persons, as well as in cases directly provided for by the Legislation. By using the Application, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information may become publicly available.
The User is aware that the User’s information may be transferred to Third Parties in the following cases:
The User has agreed to such actions.
The transfer is necessary for the User to use the Application.
The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.
Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him.
In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of CTR LLC or Third Parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement, this Policy, or other documents containing the terms of use of the Application, or there is a threat of such a violation.
As a result of the processing of the User’s personal information by depersonalizing it, anonymized statistical data was obtained, which is transferred to a third party to conduct research, perform work or provide services on the instructions of CTR LLC.
When processing personal data of Users, CTR LLC is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "Personal Data Protection".
The User can also change or delete the statistical information provided by him/her within a certain account by requesting a change or deletion by sending a corresponding request to the e-mail: support@e-tag.pro.
The User may request to stop the processing of his/her personal information by sending a corresponding message indicating the name of the account to the address specified in clause 8 of the Policy. In case of receipt of this message, CTR LLC stops processing information, if there are no legal grounds for continuing processing, deletes the User’s account.
The rights provided for in clause 4.1. of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. Such restrictions may provide for the obligation of CTR LLC to store the information changed or deleted by the User for the period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the legally established procedure to a state authority.
Personal information about the User is processed by the Application and stored throughout the entire period of the User’s use of the Application, considering the requirements provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Cookies transmitted by the Application to the User’s equipment and by the User’s equipment to the Application can be used by CTR LLC to personalize the provision of information to the User in the Application, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the Application.
The structure of the cookie file, its content and technical parameters are determined by CTR LLC and may be changed without prior notice to the User.
Counters placed by CTR LLC in the Application can be used to analyze the User’s cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Application, as well as to ensure the operability of the Application as a whole or their individual functions, in particular. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by CTR LLC and may change without prior notice to the User.
CTR LLC takes the necessary and sufficient organizational, technical, administrative, and physical measures to control the security and protection of the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, illegal actions with it by Third Parties, distribution, including encryption, strict contractual obligations to confidentiality for employees and contractors of CTR LLC.
Protection of access to electronic databases containing the User’s personal data is provided, including:
Using licensed antivirus and anti-hacking programs that do not allow unauthorized access to the local network where personal data is stored.
Differentiation of access rights using the account.
A two-stage system of passwords: at the level of the local computer network and at the level of databases. Passwords are set by an authorized employee and are communicated individually to employees who have access to the User’s personal data.
Absence of contact between the local network on which the User’s personal data is stored, and the information and telecommunication network "Internet", which excludes the possibility of unauthorized access to personal data through special hacking programs.
CTR LLC has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is permanently available on the page at: https://e-tag.pro/docs/privacy/. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated.
The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relations between the User and CTR LLC arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
